Hi! Brittany here.

I am project manager and social media manager for several clients here at YEAH YEAH Agency. Since I started in February of this year, I have had many people ask,

“Why YEAH YEAH?”

Until February, I had been working as a nanny for the last 10 years, and before that as a teacher in a preschool – while on the side I was a social media power user – so switching to this was a big leap for me professionally and people wanted to know why.

Working in childcare for that long brought me a lot of joy, and I learned so much. Learning to keep a schedule, stay organized, work with a team…I loved my job. But I also was feeling this push toward social media. There was a feeling of urgency to find something that truly made me happy again!

Enter YEAH YEAH.

Josh (who is the founder of YEAH YEAH and also my brother-in-law, not necessarily in order of importance) reached out to me about his year-old marketing agency. He described the vision behind it and how his goal was to make marketing “not boring.”

He described to me how he wanted the company to radiate JOY and HAPPINESS. He wanted people to hear the name YEAH YEAH and instantly know that THIS was the agency that knew how to bring laughter and FUN back into marketing. I was immediately intrigued, and I knew I wanted to be a part of this.

My motto for life has always been based around happiness, so jumping onto this exciting adventure with Josh was an easy YES for me, and I haven’t regretted it since. I have learned more about myself this past year than I ever thought possible. My spark of happiness has come back and I am truly EXCITED to start work each week.

I know, I know. You probably think I’m kidding because who actually says they are EXCITED to start work each week? I am pretty grateful that I can say that. I have found my passion! I have found something that matches my personality. I have found my niche (or niece as Eric from Boy Meets World would say).

So when friends and family ask “Why YEAH YEAH?” This is what I tell them: YEAH YEAH has brought back my happiness, my joy and my spark.
